Probably the best hotel that we stayed in on our five country trip. Rooms are large and well provisioned. Good room refresh every day. Ample supplies in the bathroom. Stocked mini bar. Good breakfast options. Spectacular location within walking distance of all the good stuff. Friendly and helpful staff. And our room had a view of the duomo, which was awesome at night.

Absolutely beautiful location! It is based right on Saint Peter's square. It is a 10 minute walk from the train station and easy to access most of Florence's attractions. The breakfast was Absolutely amazing! They had a wide variety of breakfast to offer. The staff in reception were friendly. The hotel is very old and beautiful. Some of the rooms are modern while others are older. It was an overall great stay!

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The location was good and the access to the sightseeing areas was convenient. The variety and quality of the breakfast was acceptable and the cleanliness of the rooms was also very good. There are several restaurants near the hotel where you can eat good local food outdoors. The treatment of the hotel staff was friendly, I recommend this hotel

What a beautiful hotel. Great location. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Room was wonderful. The only thing I personally didn’t like is the key they give you. It’s a heavy little thing!

Nicely located hotel in the center of Florence city .. the hotel maintained in it is an old style with perfectly maintained services the room were specious and the bathroom too.. the restaurant and bars are just walking distance and specially the tourist hot spot and attractions .. the breakfast is good enough if you were in rush to grab a coffee and pice of croissant .. if you plan to visit Florence make sure to have this hotel as first choice in your plan trip.

A great location right on the Piazza and an easy walk (with suitcase) from the train station and close to the must see sights of Firenze/Florence. Continental Gluten Free breakfast available on request. Staff very helpful.

A huge thank you to Eleanora who made our stay in Florence at Hotel Roma enjoyable from start to finish. We stayed on the second floor with beautiful views of the square and Santa Maria Novella, Eleanora also gave us great recommendations on where to eat and visit. The room itself was large, clean and warm. The shower had great water pressure, the beds were comfortable and the outside noise was non existent which was a pleasant surprise considering we were facing the square. Getting around was easy, a short walk to all restaurants and transport including taxis and the local train station. I enjoyed my stay here and would visit again.
